Hero Card _ Farragut

Starting at: $2.50

Another of the hero cards – U.S. Navy Admiral Farragut, hero of the Battle of Mobile Bay. When one of Farragut's ships struck a mine while sailing into the bay the other ships began to pull back. Farragut shouted, "Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!" and the fleet, mostly intact, succeeded in entering the bay and capturing the Confederate vessels there.
